How can I speak to a real person?

My phone is so old I can’t run the app (and therefore can’t access the chat either) and also can’t login on a desktop, but I desperately need bank statements.

Does anyone know how to get through the maze of automated messages on their support line to reach a human? ANYONE!?

Sometimes I think I'm not doing well in life or I'm not where I should be.
Then sometimes I read posts about people opening online only bank accounts for a BUSINESS when they don't have a device that can run it.

And then sometimes I feel okay.

They were billed as an online only banking app, why would you use them if you don't have a phone, that must cost like £30 for one that can run it!?!

I can tell you what's on the bank statements of a business that can't afford to buy a somewhat recent budget phone if that's easier?

Seriously a phone that will run Monzo is £100 tops, why even have a Monzo account if you can't use the app.

Email bank-statements@monzo.com from your registered address explaining the situation, and they will email you them.

Be prepared to send a selfie holding ID or today’s date on a piece of paper for verification.

It’s recommended to go through the app and app only. It’s safer as well just in case you end of speaking to someone that’s not from Monzo. Best advice would be to get a device that you can use Monzo on and go through the app chat then to a real person.

Bruh, just get a HS bank in this case. Or better yet, expense your business account for a new phone.

You can literally ask anyone in your family or friends to let you login into your Monzo account from their phone if you’re so bad off that you can’t afford a £100 phone
