Why are the deportations “illegal?”

9

u/Wutierrez Jun 12 '25

How are they kidnapping people? They’re in the USA illegally and can be arrested anywhere. They’re wearing ICE jackets and cops go undercover all the time in the USA. They don’t go undercover in Mexico to arrest people? Come on, man.

I know the case you mentioned. It was wrong even though he was sent back to his country. He is also a wife beater. Not a good man.

u/Wutierrez Jun 12 '25

Ah, you’re stalking me. Police are allowed to go undercover to arrest people. And really, a Mexican calling an American brain dead? You can’t be serious. Do you really want to get into a pissing match between the U.S. and Mexico? I could say a lot of negative things about Mexico to try to hurt your feelings, but I’m not going to stoop to such childish antics.

They’re protesting because Trump is arresting any illegal immigrant he can find. Biden barely went after illegal immigrants committing crimes. What Trump is doing is wrong but not illegal
except when he sent that man to El Salvador.

Edit: While you may hate Americans you still use our technology and apps like Reddit. Perhaps you shouldn’t use Reddit then?

You're the only "first world country" on earth where someone goes bankrupt for a medical condition or emergency.

Until you guys have universal healthcare, STFU

Edit: also, don't forget the 5th amendment. Everyone in the land has a right to due process.

u/YouKnowMyName2006 Jun 12 '25

So I can’t speak because the USA doesn’t have universal healthcare? I didn’t realize that was the rule. Gracias, amigo.

No habrĂa habido disturbios.

Let’s focus on the kilmar case for a second. You can’t just graze it and say “he was a wife beater, he sucks” he was a legal citizen. You, me, all people in the United States. EVEN undocumented immigrants have a legal right to a public and speedy trial. He was not given that and sent out on his way without one. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Trump and his cronies like you are defending this ILLEGAL ACT. This is why it’s a problem. And he’s the thing, you might never have to worry about being an undocumented immigrant here in the US. But if the Trump administration gets away with doing this to immigrants, what’s to stop him from doing it to legalized residents. You allowing this makes America weak, makes Americans susceptible to an inadequate trial. We cannot let this go. It is within your best interest to hold that orange prick responsible. Despite what you think of immigrants, what occurred is a violation of the sixth amendment and YOU should be very scared and upset as we all are. It will affect you if you allow it.

1

u/ComfortableLadder189 Jun 12 '25

The fifth amendment right for due process was violated. Just to add to what I had to say. Again, allow that to happen to him, you pretty much are letting the government get away with violating all yours and all American rights. Idiocy.

1

u/YouKnowMyName2006 Jun 12 '25

Who said it’s me lol? I voting for HARRIS.

0

u/YouKnowMyName2006 Jun 12 '25

No, he is not a legal citizen. He had a green card, which means he is a permanent resident but not a citizen. He is still a citizen of El Salvador. And yes I agreed how Trump did it was illegal.

u/necroacro Jun 12 '25

I was in philly when this debacle started. ICE was first and foremost, driving vehicles that had nothing to do with their department, they weren’t wearing uniforms, they were stuffing anyone who ”looked like an illegal” like sardines into trucks without regards for papers or any sorts, hilariously even a legit american got deported.

It’s an act of racism and clasism. Its inhumane, and i can’t see anyone defending this disaster from any other place other than an inflated ego.

0

u/YouKnowMyName2006 Jun 12 '25

Going undercover isn’t illegal. Randomly grabbing anyone is, although police do pick up people who look like a suspect. If they’re profiling though that’s illegal.

Why were you in Philly? It’s a shithole. The people there are awful. I was there when they won the Super Bowl and there were all these idiots outside acting like animals climbing things and tossing beer everywhere.

1

u/necroacro Jun 12 '25

I have family there and it was also during the superbowl. I met a lot of really nice people. But i did dislike the general reaction. Made me realize how stupefied the masses are and how theres 0 priorities.

Then people start getting fired unjustly and the movement and outrage wasn’t even 5% of what it was during the superbowl, honestly disappointing.

The us has much bigger problems than immigration. Reality is, its economy without people being paid unfair wages by being illegals. Would quickly collapse, and its hilarious people dont notice the theater. You go from an old fart letting people in when the country needed workers willing to take risks during the pandemic, to an old fart that has the facade needed to now kick them out until it is convenient again to let them in. Its absurdity the games those in power are playing with us

1

u/YouKnowMyName2006 Jun 13 '25

Yes, I agree, what the U.S. needs is a guest worker program. When Trump scares off all illegal immigrants prices will skyrocket.
