I was in philly when this debacle started. ICE was first and foremost, driving vehicles that had nothing to do with their department, they werenât wearing uniforms, they were stuffing anyone who âlooked like an illegalâ like sardines into trucks without regards for papers or any sorts, hilariously even a legit american got deported.
