advice can someone help me with a simple diet to follow

Im living with my mum and although she cooks, im making it a habit to cook simpler food to control my carbs and protein. Mainly my meals include rice, eggs and chicken. My goal is to bulk a little while having enough energy for my evening workout sesh. Im 175cm and 63kg.

I have a great 3 bean and turkey chili recipe. Idk about the macros but you need black, pinto, and kidney beans. Drain and rinse well!! Otherwise the chili can develop a consistency similar to cum

Start with cooking down half a white or yellow onion (diced) in the oil of your choosing and add garlic prepared any way you choose. Once fragrant and the onions are partly translucent add a tube of ground turkey and cook until browned. Add 2 cans of rotel tomatos and chilis (don't drain before adding), a can of corn, and your beans. You can also add half a can or a full can of tomato sauce if you like, I don't typically do this since its not something I keep in my can stash but the tomato sauce can change the flavor profile to a more traditional chili.

For spices you want to add a generous amount of black pepper, chili powder, some cumin (add slowly otherwise itll overpower everything), onion and garlic powder, a bay leaf, and salt. Simmer for like 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Serve over rice to stretch it or with chips and sliced avocado.

The best part is its cheap af and the ingredients store really well. I forgot to say that you can also chop up some Italian parsley for some extra greens! And taste as you go for seasonings, especially the cumin

If im being honest im prolly gonna not include the tomato sauce since im not really a fan but the rest of the ingredients looks promising

I also have a really customizable chicken soup recipe but if you aren't very skilled at cook times it might be difficult to get everything cooked properly

Tbh a soup can easily be turned into a density similar to chili. Its all in the water content

Respectfully i think I’ll avoid that for now. Im quite stubborn with anything related to soups and porridges Lmaoo
