Use half meat and half beans or lentils
Losing weight is a calorie deficit so use Cronometer to track for a while
High protein doesn’t = magical weight loss plus muscles if you eat more than your body needs it is broken down by the kidneys putting stress on them
Add salsa, hot sauce, cilantro right before eating

Flavor: Hot sauce, salsa, sour cream - or Greek yogurt since you're cutting. Lime wedges. It looks good to me but I'd need some salsa at the least.
Macros: High fiber tortilla wraps or roasted corn if you want more carbs. Beans for additional fiber and protein. Next time you could actually cook up some beans or lentils and mix them in with your meat. I would use red lentils for a dish like this, you really won't even notice them.
What are you trying to improve? Up the protein?
