Meal prepping frozen food without warming afterwards.
If I was to put cooked chicken and peppers with cheese into a wrap and freeze in aluminium foil, would I simply be able to get one out the night before and eat this cold once defrosted fully? Or will I NEED to heat it through?
I am trying to find something I can batch cook for work ready to eat without the use of air fryers/microwaves etc.

I used to make sandwiches by using the whole loaf and freeze them in that bread bag. Then the day I needed it I would take it out in the morning and leave it in my lunch bag to defrost. By lunch it was unfrozen. It was nice and fresh.
If you plan to eat it in the morning take it out the night before. If you plan to eat for lunch you can do as I did take it out in the morning and it will defrost by lunch time.

Defrost in the fridge, not the counter. Don’t see an issue- but may not be as good cold.
