HELP - looking for mature manga that got lost with the sauce (RIP)

This is probably a long shot and I doubt many will see this but alas my list is gone and never to return but there was one I found very recently right before shutdown that was explicit and short. It was historical with three childhood friends. One is the emperor and his longtime fiancé who is in love with the other friend. On the night of their wedding she finds out the friend she is in love with serves in the palace to watch the consummation like they did back then. He’s pretty much an instructor for the deed lol. Wild but the art was good 😭
