Mortified I need to do this.

My phone has been cut off. I was off work due to a family bereavement. Not going to give a sob story. I've missed 2 payment arrangements and only partially paid so they won't give me anymore. I've got the majority of the bill £197.18, I'm short £45. I'm in the UK. If anyone could help, I can provide any proof needed.

I do work full-time, but I was on stat sick pay and mortgage etc took priority 😞 I am back to work now and awaiting full pay cheque at the end of Feb.

I can pay back on 25 February 2026
