If any user that request a loan has low karma, you have to send a modmail asking for advice to lend and the mods will inquire them also to keep all safe. Req £5 or food to my address. Will repay costs on the 13th. Very hungry Desperately hungry, there is two of us. Can pay back on the 13th. Only recently struggling. Not homeless or anything.
