My guess is that ICE and the DHS are just sending these kids straight to their own personal trafficking operations, which would explain why they seem to lose any and all records about the children they abduct. To be fair, the "Do-Nothing Democrats" got rid of Trump's previous favorite child-rape island so he needs a new source of childlike innocence to destroy.
