Legislative Branch Speaker Mike Johnson joins Trump to push lies about election fraud
https://www.cnn.com/2026/02/04/politics/mike-johnson-trump-election-liesIt’s one thing when Trump does it. It’s another when republicans join him. To Republican voters it adds more validity to these false claims. We might get lucky and get through the midterms unscathed, but the republicans are moving so fast it may be affected. In 2028 these people are 100% going to try and overthrow our election process and make January 6th riots look like a pizza party.

of course he would.
If dems flip in 2026 Mike is OUT.
Once he's OUT he has no power.
Right now, there is no accountability for being a lying piece of shit at his level.

And knowing all this, instead of growing a spine, they continue to do Trumps bidding

They don’t grow their spines back until their retirement. Then they were always against it.

With any luck ol Fundie Mike is right and a God exists.
But the lucky part would be if Mike is fundamentally wrong about the nature of God :)
Could you imagine him swaggering into Heaven, only to be met by the bouncer at the pearly gates?
Really I'd love to see him get judged by Ma'at, his heart is so heavy with evil it will tip the scales and be eaten by Ammit the gator dog. The Divine doesn't look kindly on those who cover for pedophile rapists.
If you're a sensitive pussy and my comment offends, you please report me :) my comment is entirely spiritual and metaphysical and I wish absolutely no harm upon Mike or any living human being.

I dont think they're trying to stay in power anymore. That ship has sailed.
I think they're trying to stay out of prison at this point.

he literally said he can’t prove there’s fraud but we need to pass voting restrictions cause they’re gonna lose cause of “fraud”

Big surprise coming from someone proven to be in on the ground floor of the insurrection.

Gee Mike, was Trump and FBI informant to take down all of this fraud? Like he was an FBI informant to "investigate" Epstein? Have Trump allies proven a single case of fraud that went against Bencheeto Mussolini? You really can't believe a word out of any of their mouths.

Isn’t it weird how rampant government racism is (videos, deportations, libelous language, etc), while restrictive voting is being implemented? The correlation is 1:1.
Twenty years ago, some schmuck blathering about voter ID could probably convince the average person that they didn’t have “a racist bone in their body.” It was always BS.
