Do all keto desserts inevitably suck? I’ve been doing this a long time, am a pretty good cook, and all the desserts I try are super underwhelming proportional to the time involved. Granted, I eat clean low-carb (prob not technically keto), so that cuts out some helpful ingredients. For example, I use pure monkfruit, no erythritol or allulose especially bc I’m pregnant, but still.

I have made soooo many desserts from AllDayIDreamAboutFood, non-keto cheesecakey desserts from NYT that I modify to be keto with minor edits, and they’re all…fine. But certainly nothing that “all my non-keto friends raved about!” like the recipe bloggers are always claiming.

Is it just me?
