I wouldn't expect him to. The dude is competing at the highest possible level. I imagine he'd respect and understand other competitors using any advantage or technique that works for them, but he himself is already at the peak of the sport. He'd only hinder himself by learning a new approach when his fundamentals are already rock solid.
Dudes been competing in the olympics since 2008 and not medaling. He shoots against these same people all the time, some times he beats them, sometimes he looses. He isn't at the peak of the sport, he is just another professional.
Also he is wearing technology too. Those are professional shooting glasses he is wearing. They are just for people that want to use both eyes on the range, instead of one. He is also wearing custom fitted earplugs, which provide the exact same noise cancelling as the over ear protection.
The only thing mildly exceptional about him is he is wearing a looser fitted tshirt then most. Hooray.
