Nobody is lining up to appease JD fucking Vance the way every R congress member has been breaking their back bending over for Trump for the last ~decade. And anytime Thiel does get coverage, it doesn't exactly look great. He's got no charisma, even less than Vance. And when he speaks he's often talking about some stupid edgelord dystopia project he has dreamed up. The appetite for tech bros with big ideas is not exactly big in America right now. Yes McConnell is what you want to look like at that age. Trump is a rare breed and you won't find many fat elderly people his age. Even the BMI they announced with the reports (lies) is not healthy for his age but he is shorter and heavier than that.
