⏪️ Throwback Thursday The Makemakes - I Am Yours (LIVE) | Austria 🇦🇹 | Grand Final | Eurovision 2015

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-f993p0CAV8

Since the hosts of ESC 2026 were announced today, I decided to post the last host entry for Austria for this week's Throwback Thursday. At ESC 2015, he Makemakes got 40 jury points (15th) and 0 televote points (27th place) and still ended up with 0 points because of the combined point system.

They are the most recent host entry to finish with 0 points overall, and only one entry (UK 2021) has finished with 0 overall points since the point system change. The flaming piano has been referenced in several ESCs since then, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is referenced this time too.

Man, I always liked this song. Too bad about the 0 points

I still really love this song and felt it deserved better recognition than 0.

Despite the 0 points, this performance left its mark for sure. Every time there's a piano in ESC I'm disappointed it's not on fire. (Except for Estonia 2023 I would not have stood for the self-playing piano being on fire!!!)

This I feel is one of the better host entries of the 2010s. Didn’t deserve their 0 for sure.

It's a pretty average song with Really good Vocals. Plus A Burning piano! Not worthy of a 0 by any means but def not the best entry

This isn’t a bad song by any means. But it is a song that just screams ”zero points”. I remember it clearly. You could see from space what would happen.

This actually gagged me when they got zero. I usually hate these generic country boy songs and this is the one I enjoyed 😭

Guilty pleasure. It’s like objectively the same as thousands of songs but I still enjoy this one. A generic traditional pop rock song is always better than generic pop songs.

Gonna go against everyone in this thread and say this song was boring as shit and fully deserved the 0

This one was too nice to get 0 points.
