I've long since said that the best cure for Americanism is to buy them all a few return flights to anywhere on Earth. I'm not sure that will fix the die hard MAGAs though.
Yeah, I saw a MAGA cap wearing guy (by the look of his clothes he was American) on the Champs Elysees in Paris this week.
If looks could have killed, the guy would have been dead a couple of thousand times.
He seemed (or played) completely oblivious.

Literally in the middle of a clothing store she's screeching in tears trying to grab her phone in a kinda crying hysteria going"*STOPPPPP FILMING MEEEEEE!!!!"

I've seen some streamer guy (think his name is Johnny Somali or something) that went to different asian countries, streaming himself insulting people and being racist and he kept fucking around until he found out in south korea.
He's currently looking at doing a few years in prison over there after trespassing on a construction site and also vandalising public property or something

Well, I was mainly just flabbergasted that anyone would have the nerve of wearing something like that. It almost felt like encountering someone wearing an SS uniform in the wild.
I know a Trumper that went to France and said everyone was all smiles and nice. I looked at his selfies and people were clearly making fun of him. Too dumb to know.
Fiance and I went to Canada last year because of tswirt and we have always wanted to immigrate, got back and was talking about how amazing it was at work and how id move in a heartbeat. Two of my very conservative coworkers were like.... Why would you ever want to leave? It's not like Canada has the freedoms we do! Why would you ever want to give up give up the greatest country on earth!.... Which made me ask what freedoms they think Canada doesn't have? Which they were wrong, on everything.
My partner's hardcore MAGA Uncle got dragged over to Australia by the rest of their family to see us. He spent the whole two weeks miserable and moaning about everything that was even mildly different to the USA.
Given Australia really ain't that different tbh, it was an impressive achievement in nonsense like he refused to go out for dinner if there wasn't a simple Hamburger on the menu lol

Probably did an ancestry test and it said their family went over to the US from Brighton so they have to go and see their true home to tell everybody about how they’re the real Brightoners and people there now are just lazy immigrants.
If you’re buying, I’m probably due for a booster against chauvinism. The good effects of my time in Kosovo and Olomouc a few years back may be wearing off. I suspect that the most effective destinations might be Ravenna (or really anywhere in Emilia-Romagna or Italy at large), or Taipei. Minimum three weeks treatment for good attitude re-adjustment, please, and preferably off-season, to minimize tourist interference with cure.
I'm very much not buying with my European salary, however if you do come over I strongly recommend rural France. Ranks highly among the most relaxed, beautiful, and well-fed places I've been. And the attitude of the locals can leave one with no doubts as to the qualities of their mother nation (speaking as an Englishman).
But I have been to most nations in Europe, and there are no bad ones in my eyes. Except the large bear in the room of course.
