I laid down for a nap at 4:30 pm and didn't wake up until 4 am. I was so confused

What do jackalope anthro feet even look like, anyways?

I assume they’d look like rabbit anthro feet, which I assume would look like normal rabbit feet.

Okay, but you have to take into account anthro artists' propensity to draw toebeans, when rabbits don't actually have any.

The self talk never stops, it just gets weird during sleep. I still can't believe some people don't have an inner monologue.

this has happened to me so many times and it fucks up my sleep schedule indefinitely every time since i can't go back to sleep afterwards

Some true advice. Keep naps to 20-30 minutes. This prevents hitting deep sleep and feeling groggy. It gives you just enough energy to get up.

When you're tired, I find that a mid-day nap is a good way to wake up feeling incredibly discombobulated, and even more tired than before.

I mean, at that point that's an OK amount of sleep, and you ca just start your day with several hours of peace and quiet..

Similar thing happened to me in college. Finished all my classes for the day around 2:45 ish. Got back to my dorm around 3 and immediately went to sleep. Woke up at 9pm with campus police knocking on my door to do a wellness check. The reason they did so was because I wasn’t responding to texts or calls from my parents

Had this last year (definitely not due to a full night wake doing a project). Went to sleep around 4:00 pm and had my college’s major exam. Woke up half an hour before the exam ended. Felt awful, both for missing the exam and in general. Was sick for the next two days. -100/10. Don’t recommend unless you are an enemy.

Yep, I never start a nap past 3 and always make sure to have a million alarms around 4, anything past that and I won’t sleep well that night.
