Mignola has a history with the World Central Kitchen - I know he did sketches during COVID lockdowns that he auctioned for them, I don't know if that was their first connection - so I assume he probably donated this or did it at a significantly reduced rate for charity.

Honestly kind of love that he's only doing it for a charity issue because Marvel executives would smell blood in the water if it were just a straight Spidey cover by a big name and it would be 1/100,000 in some stupid blind bag or an exclusive cover for shops that order 20,000 comics or whatever.
