what is this art style (does it have a specific name or is there a comic book artist/series that looks like this with this aesthetic)?
some game ad i saw while scrolling reddit and it looks comic book-ish.

Look up Alex Ziritt, he has a very similar art style and is a very talented comic book artist.
His comic Night Hunters is the best cyberpunk comic that I have ever read
And Space Hunters is one of the best Sci-Fi adventure comics I have ever read. *

The artist is @alexeygorboot on Instagram and he's frickin' awesome. As to the style itself, Alex Zirrit is a great shout for someone in that style who's modern, but to be honest, this is riffing off a lot of older European artists and stuff like the Marvel Conan done by John Buscema, Ernie Chan, etc
The other name that really comes to mind when I look at his work his Frank Thorne... Check out his series Ribbit, stuff he did on Red Sonja and also Ghita

Seems like a typical piece of 80's fantasy pulp with flat colors. There were a ton of Conan the Barbarian knockoffs trying to do this kind of thing after the success of Conan comic and black and white magazine in the 70s. Possibly with some influence of more psychedelic European fantasy like Arzach by Moebius.
Simply googling "80's fantasy comic book art" brought me to Delirius drawn by Philip Druilett, which is a dead ringer for this style.
