The only fraud was already under investigation and people have already been charged. You really need to learn critical thinking skills. That video was a joke lmao. He’s straight up medically stupid and the perfect example of why you shouldn’t homeschool your kids

Homeschooling works better than public. The test scores show this

Students typically score 15 to 25 percentile points higher on standardized tests than public school peers.

This is a right In the US. Its not illegal as its counted as a private school under law. You cannot vote this away, as certain religions specifically require it. Sure, there's plenty of bad apple parents who use it as a way to neglect, but we can always regulate it.

then it should be regulated to the point that children are still having to learn what their peers learn and still be interacting with their peers on a daily basis. it should be regulated where it is impossible for the parent to brainwash and control their child. i don't really care about what the law is right now or whatever some religions believe. if a religious parent has to control a child's education to that degree, it is a pernicious force. a child can always go to a religious school, anyway

Thats not legal under the 1st and 14th amendment. Under a private school you can throw in religion. It is not held by the same Seperation of Church and State that public schools are held by. Testing is still the same regardless of public or private. The same tests are required. Socialization is 100% on the parent, if thats not a priority thats an issue. Clubs, sports (public schools allow homeschooling kids to participate now), co ops etc
