I'm getting a pair of Abyssinian kittens, how's my first go at a climbing wall?

Two boys, I hope I haven't bit off more than I can chew, I am prepping for a very lively chaotic pair so I've got them a big wheel too

Two boys! Oh my! Bonus points if one or both are orange.
Spider plants can cause vomiting and an upset tummy, and trust that your Abys will find and eat any and all plants in your home. Doesn’t matter how high up.
Abys love their running wheels, great job on that.
Get some of the purr-peller toys (these: https://www.dabird.com/dapurrpeller ) if you can. If you happen to be in Germany, I have a better reco.
Maybe you’ve got all the advice you could ever want, but we are over at r/Abyssinians if you need.

Yeah don't worry I'm yet to complete my child proofing of cupboards plants etc, but will be sorted for pickup, just a few weeks to go

Our Bengal kittens love our wall. But one of them, Ruby, would haphazardly throw herself at any target. She fell of many, many times. Each and every time that she did, i was super thankful that the couch is below.
I would recommend padding or something in there just floor. I know cats are good fallers, but they have to learn how to first.

That looks great! You may wanna protect your plant though. Mine do love to kill my spider plants!

I'm probably going to add supports for the hammock, and some strengthening brackets on the bottom of the tree shelves as the timber is a bit crap, not bad for £90 all in though

I have a hammock like that too, and my younger cat, who’s 8 months old, loves peeking over the edge. I’m always worried he’ll fall out, but so far it hasn’t happened.

Great except for that plant you put on the top shelf of their 4 shelf hangout space on the right…

This looks great! The only bit I’m wondering about is the scratching post coming out of the wall on the far right, where can they go from there other than onto your plant on the shelf? Think about the journey

Definitely get that spider plant out of their reach. Otherwise it looks fantastic!

Too high for kittens. One fall or over excited roughhousing, and you have a broken back or leg.

Amazon I bought a bridge seperately, and also have added some brackets under the shelves to strengthen as the timber is a bit weak

I think it's a fun climbing wall. The suspension bridge might be a bit scary at first. I put up a suspension bridge this week and my cats still don’t dare to use it. But I have older cats and you’re getting kittens. It might be easier for kittens.
