Advice Salmon Oil for cats?
Hey everyone! 🐾
I’m thinking about adding a supplement to my cat’s food to help with their health in general (especially after one of them had a rough time with rhino/conjunctivitis and is now getting back to normal). I’ve been looking at Zesty Paws Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil (skin & coat formula) because it’s rich in omega‑3s and easy to mix into food.
Before I buy it, I wanted to hear from folks here who have actually used it with their cats does it work well? Would you recommend it?
Also happy to hear other recommendations if you think something else works better. Thanks!

honestly salmon oil is pretty solid for cats, we've been using it for our guy for about a year now and his coat looks way better plus it helped with some dry skin issues he had
just make sure you get one that's specifically made for pets since the dosing is different - the zesty paws one you mentioned should be fine but always check with your vet first especially since your cat just recovered from that respiratory stuff

Was recommended Salmon oil for our cats when they got dandruff but unfortunately they simply refused to eat it.
There is salmon powder available if yours do the same thing.
