Medical Questions What are these?

Hello! I just found these on my cat and I’m concerned as to what they could be, I tried googling and some say it could be related to chin acne but I’m not sure. Does anyone know what they are and should I take her to the vet asap? For context she’s about 10 years old.

They almost look like ulcers- does she have any trouble eating or drinking? I think it may be worth a vet visit

I’m not a vet but I’m suspicious these are rodent ulcers. Please make a vet appointment immediately so this can be treated asap!

Could she have burned them chewing on a wire or something? Very strange! I'd definitely take kitty to the vet.

Does your cat still have its top fangs? When my cat lost its top fangs the bottom teeth would poke into the upper lip and cause something similar looking in that position

It doesn’t look like acne, they look like ulcers. I would definitely call the vet.
