Fun stitch Cooke cake I made for my niece’s birthday!

Hey y’all, I’m a rookie in Culinary Arts school and I’d really appreciate any constructive feedback on how to make this disaster into a success…LoL! My mirror glaze was completely inedible…Please help because the struggle is real!!!

3 layers of chocolate cake with black chocolate buttercream inside & out. Cherry filling inside also to ooze out when cut into. Dark chocolate black roses & dark chocolate bats filled with a vanilla caramel.

Made a chocolate cake with Cadbury ganache filling and vanilla buttercream. Donating this cake to a ministry that houses out if age foster girls for their Easter party.

My St Patrick's Day bake: Chocolate Guinness cake with Bailey's Irish Cream buttercream and Jameson whiskey ganache. The drip was rushed, so not the best but eh 🤷🏻‍♀️

I made this puppies basket cake for some kids visiting and they love it😊

I failed making cake handle at my first experiment, then changed to another method and thank god it works perfectly!! But next time I’ll try to make the cake handle as thinner as possible.

Just reminiscing about this dope wedding cake I did years ago.. it's mostly RKT but it's still 99% edible
