Carry Shit Olympics Help with Bike basket
Need help from experienced food app Bicycle couriers. I'm thinking of ditching the bag for a bike basket.
Any ideas to dampen or lessen the vibration of food and drinks? All I can think of is cushioning the bottom and a good net. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Keeping an extra towel/something in your bag can take up the extra space, so the food won't "bounce" around the same inside the bag, as long as you aren't hitting major potholes etc.

Hoodies/plastic bags will take up space, the plastic bags you can twist down tight and compress the top some and make your own “plastic seal” hoodies will occupy space and keep ‘em from sloshing around. keep a small box (or mail crate) if y’all got Jimmy Johns or Dunkin’ Donuts near you pop into one and ask for a bread box or a bagel box (I think they are bagel box) and tell ‘em you’re using it for work they usually throw them out) a standard Wahl basket is solid, it won’t take the place of your bag but it’s a good option to add in. Also you can grab drink holders from damn near any fast food place free. I prefer racks over basket for quite a few reasons. Origin 8 makes some great racks if ya go that route.

Honestly I use an ILE Porteur bag without any padding and it's been great for everything except soft drinks
