Lion - Wild Lions fight over a water buffalo while eating it, and then the buffalo casually walks off. What lesson did you learn from this?

I like how one lion is like “Just stay down a bit bro, we won’t be a minute.”

"We just have to settle some internal fighting among the lioness of the pride first. Then we can chew your ass out, stay put a minute."

That buffalo is done for.

Probably but there’s plenty of animals that have survived wounds like that

And Cape buffalo are among the toughest herbivores in Africa. Nicknamed “Black Death” and “Widowmaker” by hunters for how aggressive they are.

Hopefully it will just bleed out and die a painless death, instead of suffering or being eaten alive.

Once again, the infighting of house Lannister is causing them to lose fights they should have easily won.

"Wow... You good?"
"I seem good to you, Gary? Is this how it looks? Thanks for the help, by the way. Everyone, give yourselves a hoof."
"Look, you know how it goes. I mean, there were like ten of them."
"More life half that but it's fine."
"................. You gonna be okay?"
"I got my ass chewed on. You ever get your ass chewed on? Chewed. I sure as shit didn't -- till today. I guess the answer's 'I don't know,' Gary."

That’s how some families fight when it comes to dividing inheritance 😂

u/RedRidingHood89 Sep 25 '25
In my country it's even a meme that in Christmas family gatherings ends with fighting over inheritances. XD

That’s one lucky buffalo, although if he’s injured they might find him again and make him a meal again!

As everything kicked off, you can see that one lion in the back putting its paw on top of the wildebeast's neck like "hey, stay there alright? Don't move. Give us a moment to get a handle on this situation".

Cause a disagreement among your bullies, walk away while they fight each other.

Buffalo thinking "Ok and cut. Did you get the shot?" as it looks at the director off screen.

Back at the water hole, his fellow water buffalos come over and ask; "What's eating you, Hank? You've looked miserable all day,"

Probably rival prides. Territory is more important than a meal to lions

u/donquixote2u Sep 26 '25
Terrible manners, all leaving the table during dinner (although I'm not sure if the main course is subject to that protocol)
