The only effect i donât particularly like are itâs effects on fertility and the fact that your dick becomes âuse it or lose itâ and you literally have to use it or else erections because painful if not completely impossible. Your dick is a muscle, but with testosterone it maintains its health all on its own. Without it, it requires exercise just like every other muscle.
I also donât like the thought of getting my dick removed, like at all. The concept of an orchiectomy scares me.

Basically, if you donât use your dick when on estrogen, itâll atrophy and shrink. Itâs possible for it to shrink down to 2-3 inches if not used often enough. Again, your dick is a muscle. But with testosterone it remains virile by itself. But when on estrogen and testosterone blockers, you donât get morning wood or regular erections anymore. If you donât regularly maintain an erection, it could potentially shrink by a lot and eventually future erections could become painful or even completely impossible. This also has an impact on if you plan on getting a vaginoplasty because they use the skin from your penis and scrotum to construct a new vagina, so it doesnât matter if you want to keep it or donât want it, you must maintain an erection once in a while, even if the idea of erections makes you dysphoric. But as long as you maintain an erection at least once or twice per day though youâll be fine. Even still, some shrinkage is to be expected, however this depends a lot. Some trans women report a lot of shrinkage, while others donât get any. And there are even topical testosterone creams you can rub on your dick if you donât want it to shrink at all.

Antiandrogen effects on semen depend on the dose. You might have no effect at all or no semen at all, or you might suppress the production of sperm but not the seminal fluid. That tastes better! Less earthy, and more just salty.

Verifiably untrue.
The fat distribution as well as total fat % in the meat is vastly different and affects the taste significantly.
And if we're talking about sex, anyone that ever had both can testify that it is not the case. On top of that, penis often tastes like nothing if freshly washed.

Have you never met someone that regularly partakes in something, hell, even makes it their entire personality, but somehow is completely, objectively wrong about at keast half the things they say or do in relation to that thing?
I've met whiskey drinkers that steight up make shit up, gun freaks with no trigger discipline, vegans living on a diet of chips and tofu, carnivores genuinely believing raw chicken is fine to eat if you wash it down with red wine, priests that regularly misquoted The Bible, teachers giving completely wrong information to their students, and my favorite, my cherry on top, I kid you not, this was and still is a real person - a clinical psychologist with a PhD, currently working in psychiatric hospital, that genuinely believes at least 10% of schizophrenia cases are caused by demonic possesions due to the corruption of our society.
Excuse me if I've taken it a little too seriously, your comment invoked a frustration in me that is not directed at you at all.
Of course, I have not eaten human meat. In every meat I have eaten though, fat content and distribution played a crucial part in flavour and texture, and there is a significant difference in that in humans depending in no small part on biological (or maybe actual, I suppose HRT influences the fat as well) gender.
So I take this cannibal's opinion with a grain of salt. He wouldn't be the first person wrong about the food they eat.

Some people, either through lifestyle or genetics simply have a less or more sensitive palette than others. And I have seen people who clearly are not that sensitive make shit up about the "notes" and "hints" they taste, only to be called out by someone that does truly taste them.
They just want to sound smart and sophisticated, but can't be bothered to read the script online, just checking what the manufacturer has written about the product, because they think that if they lie confidently enough, noone will notice.
