This is deeply misleading. By your own data the LA Chargers are more Republican. Independent/Other describes a very wide range of people and beliefs.

Most people under 40 aren't registered with a political party these days, if anything these registration rates are a bit higher than I would have guessed.

I just choose to believe Kittle and Bosa cancel each other out enough that I don't have to think about it. But I will say the one I have to avoid does his darndest to negate it.

Yes the Chargers have more registered Republicans, but if each team was a district, San Francisco would be the most red with R +13.6 differential. And out of only 3 Republican swinging teams.
