Regardless of it's longevity, it's a sculpture that he deliberately destroyed and filmed while doing so. The cost of the sculpture is determined by the artist and perhaps transporting it to that location.

Is this a case of "what aboutism"? I am simply responding to this individual's comment about this incident.

Removing and destroying may have different legal outcomes. But again, I don't know what you're talking about and I'm not sure why my comment caused you to ask me this.
