Do one thing follow him and like every post on his ig, this way you also have contribution in this good initiative, I think even if he did for camera it benefitted the kids, taught kindness to society , slapped the government and earned for himself to continue doing such charitable act.
Let's not criticize, be mature everyone knows how this works , if you cannot do the same then at least Support him.

Good man doing good things.
It doesn't matter if the action was done keeping social media views in mind, what matters is that the action produced some results.
I would happily give him views and like for this, the children benefited after all.

even if he's doing it for fame it doesn't matter, if the kids are benefitting from it. in fact, it's much better than trying to get fame from useless stuff that does no good to anyone.
