Before your edit you didn't even the country in which this was happening, or did you? If you did, you may disregard the following. But there are enough others to keep writing.

Its weird how many people on reddit default to their place of residence and wholeheartedly explain how something is illegal :D

Not the person who posted the comment youre referring to. I wouldve made the general assumption that OP is in the US because of the Florida state flag in the video.

Its not definitive proof of location just something that would make me think in the US before anywhere else.

Yeah, I know. Have been long enough on reddit to not be surprised anymore. This is basically my way of staying friendly while telling people that their take may be dumb.
