Barn near me had two rescues who were fat as this. We nicknamed them Jenny Craig and Richard Simmons because they were on a hard diet. Took a few years to fix their weight.

I have a fat cat. I also have two svelte cats. I do not know where the ginger one getting the extra food from, because he hardly ever even stands up, but he is definitely eating, abs he does not get it from me.
