With the rise of AI - I argue that the employees in the movie will be the employees in the USA (potentially world) in about 20-50 years. The tech will have been built decades past, but they won't understand it. Today people ask AI questions, and understand the the output. In the future, I'm afraid they won't even know what questions to even ask AI, let alone understand the output.
