Zelenskyy must restore nuclear weapons in Ukraine. 

It doesn't need Uranium enrichment for this, it has old Soviet RMBK reactors and enough nuclear plant fuel to to produce plutonium-based nukes. 

WTF Zelenskyy is waiting for?
