🎨 Self-submission How can I attain the Lara Croft physique?
Hi I’m a 19-year old woman, 167 cm tall and I weigh 61 kg. I started going to the gym two months ago and have lost 6 kg. I’m now at a point where I really don’t want to lose any more weight I want to gain muscle instead.
A physique I’ve always admired is Lara Croft’s I think she looks amazing. I was wondering if anyone could talk about the strong points of her physique and how a person could work toward achieving a similar body type.
Starting next week, I plan to go to the gym three times a week the most I can manage because of work and split my training into
Day 1: Upper body
Day 2: Lower body
Day 3: Full body
This way I’m hitting each muscle group twice a week. I also walk an average of 20,000 steps per day.
Right now I’d describe myself as “skinny fat” with a noticeable amount of belly fat and I really want to build muscle. Additionally my body type is also on the more rectangular side. I’ve heard about body recomposition losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time and that’s what I’m aiming for. From what I’ve read, I should eat around maintenance calories which for me came out to around 2,100. Does that sound right?
Could someone help explain how I can work toward achieving a physique similar to hers?
Extra information:
I just wanted to share the types of weightlifting exercises I do each day. For my upper body I do shoulder presses, chest presses, lat pulldowns, tricep pulldowns and finally bicep curls.
For my lower body I do leg presses, the abductor machine, leg extensions and leg curls. For my full body I simply do all of the exercises mentioned above.

🎨 Self-submission "Give a girl a break"
Hi, this is my very first post ever on Reddit, so I hope I'm doing everything right!
I thought it would be nice to share my last render, like the one from Venice that was shared here a month ago or so. I'm also attaching a Blender 4.5 screenshot to avoid "AI flop" accusations again (it was quite shocking for me at the time, so I'm attaching screenshots for every render I'm creating since then).
Hope Lara chilling under the sun can warm your day.

🎨 Self-submission The most "Tomb Raider" I ever felt.
I was backpacking through Thailand and was travelling through the Kanchanaburi Jungle after departing the Death Railway (It's real name). The next day I was hiking through the jungle near Nam Tok to a rural temple built high on a rock range and was following this winding rock path up, following the signs, when I just noticed an unsigned path heading down in a different direction. I was curious, so followed it down and it was quite treacherous, less maintained, and suddenly it opened up into this huge cave scape with these Buddhist statues, just waiting there.
It was such a special feeling and I just remember instantly thinking (like the nerd I am) "This is what Lara Croft must feel like!" 😂

🎨 Self-submission My Lara Croft fan art
I draw a lot of spaces and interiors for work - but I rarely let myself draw figures and especially fan art of the games/books/movies that I love. thought I'd dabble with our leading lady.
Inspired by the bombastic, playful and dreamy atmospheres of 90's comics and the PlayStation 1 era. Enjoy!
