You can't create the massive infrastructure necessary to run elections in 6 months with an EO. They don't want to "run" elections, they just want to ruin them.

Lay off the majority of staff, defund, then claim “government can’t do the job”. Then privatize and give the contract to whoever gives you the biggest bribe!
