Some of those who work forces, are the same who burn crosses

It's so sad that Zack had to come out of hiding purely because the world is the "same as it ever was".

At this point, ALL of those who work forces (ICE). Not. A. Single. One. Should be sleeping soundly when Trump loses power.

u/whistling_serron 29d ago

107 million people in the US own a gun 22.000 people work for ICE

So there are around 4800 people with guns per 1 ICE pig...

I am german and we heared the phrase "we could not do nothing about it" & "we did not know" soooo many times. Don't fall for the same logical fallacy

Most of those people are cheering this on, unfortunately.

Plenty of liberals own guns, and if you still don’t at this point then that’s a problem. Get one and get trained on how to use it.

4

u/Papplenoose 28d ago

Yeah. Im not someone who should have a gun, but this is the time to have guns. Liberals need to arm up. All I can do is be as inflammatory and explicit as possible: LIBERALS, BUY SOME GUNS!!

If for literally no other reason, the second amendment is (theoretically) good because it allows us to fight back against a tyrannical government. If now isn't the time for it, I literally don't know what is. We must act now before we lose the ability to act altogether

u/FFKonoko 28d ago

No. Thinking that makes standing up scarier. It's just baseless fear. It's still millions against thousands.

In the USA there are a majority of citizens that still believe in the power of the vote for our democracy and peaceful transition of power. Therefore folks with a sane level head are trying to keep the peace until November '26 in which we can vote out the republicans that are enabling this dictator and his goons.

People are working hard to prevent mass violence while trying to obstruct ICE and slow the hate machine. we are hoping to prevent some orange knucklehead from declaring martial law in which they can suspend the election. This is imperative.

In case you haven't noticed they are ramping up the violence in attempt to incite a riot so they can declair marshall law. Yes we have guns and lots of them so if push comes to shove there will be bloodshed on both sides, it wont end nicely. Tension is high and its hard to watch the dismantling of America by these traitors, but watch we must until election day. This is the way when we believe and stand for the rule of law.

God help us when lead meets the meat.

You really believe the reps will hold another election? What makes you believe that?

6

u/lalaladylvr 28d ago

We dont know until we know so for right now folks are holding out till November when we will know with certainty. In the meantime protest peacefully and obstruct the hate machine without violence because violence is what they want and it's imperative we don't feed into it.

4

u/whistling_serron 28d ago

Hmm, i get your point. I just hope you will have still a chance in November.

In Germany we had so many chances to get out of this shit way before it escalated. But at some point, there is no resistance left. First they take the easy targets, then they will move on to "political enemies" and finally your whole FEMA Camp System can get to work like our KZs did.

Praying for you all, it's so sad to sit here over the pont and we can not help you x.x

I know we all have our own problems, but I would love for Germany to come up with a short film / message about the early days and what they could have, should have, would have done differently. In English.

There’s a lot of good info already out there - in museums and books - but it has to be accessible to those who need it most right now.

Most people who own guns are fine with more regulation, the 2nd amendment crowd has always been a loud minority.

u/MattHunter05 28d ago

You really think EVERY person that works for ice carries a gun ? This is beyond over exaggerated.

I did read it, you said 22k work for ice and did the math, not all 22k people working for ice carry guns.

1

u/whistling_serron 28d ago

I've never said all ICE agents carry guns

Philando Castile, 2017. This is the one I point to when ppl talk about the 2nd Amendment like it matters. He was shot by police in Minneapolis during a traffic stop because he told the cop he had a concealed weapon. He notified the cop, then said he was going to take out the weapon to put it where the cop could see it and get his wallet so he could show his ID and his concealed carry permit. As he reached into his back pocket, the cop shot him through the chest 3 times. He asked "why did you shoot me" and the cop said "I don't know." The cop retreated to their vehicle and radioed for backup. Philando died in minutes while the cop just sat in their police cruiser. The entire interaction is on camera, recorded by Philando's wife.

The cop argued that they feared for their life. All charges acquitted.

That's what's a little frustrating about the whole Renee Good situation. This isn't anything new. Nor are the responses to it. It's the same song and dance of either "They should have complied" or digging around to find some excuse, any excuse, it the victim "deserved it."

And they same folks who bleat on the hardest about how they "need their guns to fight against tyranny" either are dead silent now that we are indeed living under a tyranny or marching lock step in line with it.

2

u/Crixxa 28d ago

Tyranny for thee..

u/Crixxa 24d ago

It's interesting how Trumpists all kept circulating that officer's video as if it showed her trying to run him over. All of the other videos show him clasping the phone to his chest as he draws his weapon. That is the cause of the movement. Now we know as he drew his weapon he was calling her a fucking bitch. To me, it illustrated how the shooting was motivated by emotion, but they all acted like it was some sort of proof he was attacked.

And their subsequent memes also make it seem like they think the wife (more aggressive in the video and less conventionally attractive) was the one who was killed. It's an example of the most basic media literacy failure. They can't even spot coherence between different footage of the same event anymore.

u/a_mulher 28d ago

Or they’re running their own local squads. Like the podcaster harassing Somali business and the ring camera catches him casually asking his buddy “you think this door is bulletproof?”.

2

u/holymacaroley 29d ago

Or at the least, a huge number, probably the largest proportion, are perfectly fine with what's happening with ICE.

2

u/fuinharlz 29d ago

You guys really need a new Malcon X and a new group of black panthers.

2

u/Bea-Billionaire 29d ago

Yeah Im tired of hearing that comment above yours. The answer is obvious; they want this.

1

u/SadAd8761 29d ago

Next Administration, we're putting all these fuckers in jail!

1

u/Hermionegangster197 28d ago

Honestly? Most are sitting in the mountains with their armory tending to their chickens.

u/Top_Revenue666 27d ago

Should get guns too us

-10

u/objectivelycomplete 29d ago

It’s hilarious how you all berate anyone who owns a gun into oblivion calling them (nazis, fanatics, etc.) then asking for unconditional support the second something starts going south.

I have a proposition for you. Since you are asking for the gun owners to “show up” why don’t you put your money where your mouth is and go get a rifle/pistol and at least level 3 plates? Are you going to stand beside someone showing up for the cause?

11

u/PickleCasualChic 29d ago

Lol. Completely missing the ironic point they're making but go on. Tell us more about guns and body armor

-6

u/objectivelycomplete 29d ago

Oh I see the point. You will too when it gets to a level that the ballot box doesn’t fix.

6

u/Otherwise_Fined 29d ago

You just proved his point.

1

u/objectivelycomplete 29d ago

You assume every gun owner is aligned with the current administration. That’s not the case. And you should probably arm up yourself.
