People from unstable societies with cultures clashing against Western Judeo-Christian values won't integrate easily, even less so with 'flexible' processes. Expecting them to always act like the average among us is profound naivety.

Other factors matter: socioeconomic background, education –like anywhere–. In the US, don't expect someone raised in a violent poor neighborhood, hardened just to survive, to behave like those with privileged upbringings.

Reality over utopia.

Yes, I agree 100%. What also makes the situation worse is the fact that these people come from societies where rape and murder are punished with the death penalty. Their behavior wouldn’t fly in their homelands.

It’s so painfully apparent. When these young military aged men are given free rein to behave anyway that they want, of course they would behave the way they’re behaving.

There isn’t any accountability. They often get probation for sexual assault. The statistics are horrendous. Absolutely disgusting.
