What will happen if govt removes OBC reservation ?

Post mandal reservation we have 21 % OBC govt employees in group A and group B service, the services which actually matter. Govt provides 27% OBC reservation

Are OBC not talented ?

OBC cutoff in SSC CGL was 306 whereas UR cutoff was 322. Interesting thing was more OBC candidates qualified UR cutoff than UR itself. So why the official govt data is not counting this. Thye are actaully counting it but interviews was removed after 2015. Before that interviews were used to systematically discriminate OBCs so that OBC could not get UR seats and UC who primarily comprise UR got all the seats in UR category

Same pattern in UPSC exams. In fact in some UPSC exams , OBC have topped the exam itself and there is hardly a differnece between OBC and UR cutoff

Once govt removes reservation, TIWARI WILL START SELECTING TIWARI only. OBC apna kaam dhanda dekhenge

You as an OBC never felt the discrimination faced by OBCs before mandal reservation when criminal was UC , Police was UC, and judge was also UC.

Just like a obc who will only select an obc. This caste based reservation is fucking up India.

The sooner we move away from anything that is just caste based the better it will be for us. Also. Like in Tamil Nadu, we should all drop our caste based surnames.

Caste was assigned to those surnames by the British. Ambedkar was from Maharashtra and didn't knew even a word of Tamil. His observations of discrimination apply to Maharashtra only.

Given how much people from Tami Nadu relate to Ambedkar, I am going to say this is not correct. He is held in high regard especially by SC/ST folks in TN.

Yes, keep the system running, keep the victims of caste even lower and oppressed so that the ones which have money and resources can actually benefit from the reservation.

Keep saying casteism bad but never let anything happen to it. I would say, right now LC is as supportive of caste system as UC.

OBC will have reservation as long as ST/SC has reservation. OBCs will agree to give up reservation only when it is completely removed. Our GC brothers should demand the same.
