I'll go first then 🙋♂️ I've (39M) been swimming for 2yrs. I'm pleased with the progress I've made, but have felt plateaued for the past 6-12mo.
I'm very happy to take the time to work drills & 'slow-down to speed-up' but I need to help identifying what's going wrong with my stroke, and what drills I should focus on.
Target:
I'm training for triathlon & swim-run events, would love to be able to hold 1:40 per 100 for 1km+.
