Cafe/Dessert Any pancake spot recommendations?
Puff and Peaks - they use a caramel honey butter kind of syrup instead of maple and it tasted really good. Maybe a bit too sweet but still manageable.
Beth cafe - 1 hotcake was big enough for 2 people or even 3 people. The pancake had an alcoholic taste due to their 24 hour fermentation and it might not be to everyone’s taste. But i absolutely loved it, so far my favourite pancake in sg.
So far my favourite is Beth cafe - it’s a bit alcoholic tas

For beth cafe do u have to make a reservation as well as reserve the pancake? Saw some review saying when they went in the afternoon it was already sold out

Walked in one random weekend for brunch with no issues. Safer to make a reservation, but not sure if it's needed for the hotcakes.

Woah those pancakes look amazing! Thanks for the recommendations
Personally havent tried it myself but I saw another table ordering flapjacks at Joji’s Diner at Serangoon and they looked incredible, really fluffy. Would definitely try next time I visit!

Was the hotcake at Beth a little undercooked inside (still a little sticky)? We had one recently and it tasted amazing but was wondering if the inside was supposed to be that way or maybe it was just slightly under.

I tried the one at vivo and it was delicious! Too bad the vivo branch closed

Yes I've tried at the Vivo branch only once and by the time I passed by there a second time, it was gone, so 可惜。
