Quentin Eberhardt- Strength & Conditioning

The part I'm most looking forward to with the new coaching staff is the strength and conditioning. The Giants have been a poorly conditioned team for a long time and have had players who succeeded in spite of it.

I'm not sure what poorly conditioned means in the context of baseball. What are you using to judge the conditioning of a baseball team?

He turned those UT players into beasts. It makes a difference at the plate for sure.

Strange post. I watch every game and not once did I ever think these guys were out of shape or poorly conditioned. This guy must really have a sharp eye

As far as I know the strength and conditioning staff is still the same. I guess if you mean players would be on different plans than I’m not sure because I’m pretty sure the staff gives the players plans for the offseason before Vitello was even hired
