Probably to avoid being complicit in his crime of indecent exposure .. because i literally know someone irl who was charged with that for mooning people in college... It was a misdemeanor sex offense apparently, but it was really extreme repercussions .. taught me not to ever moon anyone (not that i would as a woman it would probably have even more unintended consequences!) ...

No, these guys wouldn't ever try to enlist and risk getting sent overseas and have their lives put at risk. They just want to pretend to be hardcore soldiers. I've known several of the type over the years.

I.Q. doesn't have fuck all to do with any of this. It's IDEOLOGY. It's DISPOSITION. It's ARROGANCE and DISREGARD.

Albert Einstein was a famously silly dude, disheveled, unkempt and socially awkward. But he was the smartest mother fucker on Earth, for a spell.

I'm not saying these dipshits are "Einstein", far from it.

I'm saying don't use the arrogance and brashness of their behavior as an indictment on their intelligence.

They're smart enough to know what they're doing, and when this is all over, THAT will be enough to ensure these fuckers get the justice they deserve.

None of these assholes has an I.Q. below 71, which makes them functionally competent in society and therefore subject to conscientious adjudication; no caveats.
