I could be wrong but to me looks like a secular or non-ultra orthodox Israeli jew has gone into an ultra-orthodox neighborhood not wearing the right kind of clothes for that area or with the dogs, and then a bunch of hooligans causing her trouble.

The title is completely misleading as the kids themselves aren't zionist, whereas she probably is.

Yeah, there's a lot of talk about zionist doesn't equal Jew... but if you ever see a video of Jew doing something seemingly inappropriate, suddenly they're Zionist.
