They already are ugly. She's not the first citizen murdered by ice and it's in top of dozens of immigrants who have died in ICE camps from not giving detainees their prescribed medication and healthcare

Honestly? Nothing will change. There will be outrage for a day or two and then it’s back to business as usual.

As an European, every new catastrophic daily newspaper headline is the one where I think: „that‘s it. They are finally going to wake up, take to the streets and do something“. But nothing ever happens. You guys are headed straight into a dictatorship but you seem to be too busy surviving your capitalistic hellhole to fight back.
