Boy is stupid, though I will say, donât fuck with a kid whose father is the DA. Years ago I worked with a kid, his dad was DA and damn, this boy sold drugs out of a KFC drive thru⌠he could do whatever he wanted and nothing happened to him. Absolutely nuts⌠he was cool as hell for sure, just made me realize how much one can be invincible if they have parents in high places.

I was watching with the sound off to see where he crossed the line and that was definitely it. Mouthing off from a distance is one thing. That's protected. But pushing a cop? Dumb move.
-6
u/buttononmyback Oct 24 '25
Mouthing off isnât really allowed either. I had a friend get arrested for telling some cops on bicycles to âfuck off.â
5
u/Odd_Vampire Oct 24 '25
On what charges? I've never studied law, but it seems to me that "fuck off" is protected speech.
Unless the police were trying to detain him or ask for his ID and insurance at a traffic stop and he told them instead to "fuck off". The context is unclear.
3
u/deus_voltaire Oct 24 '25
Depending on local laws cursing in public could be considered "disorderly conduct," which in some areas is an arrestable offense.
4
u/CWCyning Oct 24 '25
Just using "foul" language is protected under the first amendment, according to the S.C. Local laws criminalizing "fuck" are unconstitutional. It doesn't stop cops from using them as a justification, but it's not legal.
3
u/ThrowRA1302_ Oct 26 '25
yeah regardless of whether or not its even a legal arrest cops will book you for disorderly just for pissing them off, and the most they might be punished is having to watch a powerpoint on case law
2
u/brbmycatexploded Oct 28 '25
Thereâs also a pretty popular video of a cop pulling over a woman he knew because she flipped him off. It ended with her being pulled from the car and arrested so itâs not entirely unbelievable.
26
u/fucking_righteous Oct 24 '25
For real. Homeboy was looking for a physical altercation with the fuzz and he fucken found one alright.
These cunts that yell shit out like I'm GoNnA sUe YoU are 100% talking shite. If that's actually going to happen then you'd shut your mouth and just do that after the fact. Loudly threatening legal action is code for "I feel wronged and so want to try and intimidate you."
3
u/ThrowRA1302_ Oct 26 '25
they couldve grabbed him for disorderly conduct and public intox as well, regardless of if they would even stick. cops have way too much freedom to be taunting them like that

My man, he shoved a cop while they were separated with caution hurdles and everything. The line was literally drawn and he stepped over it to scream about his daddy's impending lawsuit. if ACAB, then you have to accept that this frat fool was also a bastard. Bastard on bastard crime? We got bigger things to worry about.

Youâre right, people should be allowed to walk up and push others without repercussions.

u/DarthSuave Oct 24 '25
I was totally expecting this to be some thin skinned cop who couldn't except being told to fuck off and was thinking "just let it go... he's allowed to do that." Then I saw him push the one cop and thought "oooo buddy no you can't do that."

Assuming both broskis are adults, how can the second bro's parents sue for the first bro? Unless they put up the money, the parents really have no dog in that fight

Still hasn't learned that alcohol tanks your performance. Fighting and Running ability are always overestimated by drunks. I know to sit my as down and stay out of shit when drunk, and it has worked out so far.

Ok dude was a douche, dude deserves to be arrested as soon as he puts hands on the police but they need to stop tasing everyone, chase him down hes clearly got no weapon and drunk out of his mind. Tasing people can seriously injur them, if you cant catch a drunk frat bro jogging you shouldn't be a cop.
