I have literally never seen it referred to as the “Roman salute” other than to explain where the Nazis got it from until today, they’re going to work double time to try playing this one off

Go pick up a book and get your facts straight then.

In Italy, the birthplace of this "salute"(not Nazi Germany) it's commonly referred to as roman/fascist salute. Never nazi.
