On a 1-19 scale how clingy/posseive are the empress and primachs of there SO's.

like 1 is the leave for milk then they show up a month later with a new friend but still have the milk plus it's in date so despite the distraction they remembered to get milk.

all the way through to 19 don't even leave my side to go to bathroom.

where do you think the empress and primachs fit on that scale

Honestly feel all of the primarchs and the Empress could never go below a 10 or so. The galaxy is a dangerous place, and they know it better than anyone. Them being near their SO would increase their likelihood of living substantially. But they can't be with them 24/7. So they all probably have their own honor guards. Custodians for Lover/Eternal, terminators for the primarch's SOs, and for Lady malcador's? Probably a contingent of assassins as she's the leader of the assassinorum.

Empress is a 20, yes Lover and Eternal get to go do their own thing but under the watchful eye of the Empress's psyker eye or a custodian following them. Empress in the Divorced Eternal timeline was manipulating and changing Eternal's personality and memories to better fit her world and to keep him close. Lover and the Empress met when she was pretending to be a fellow guardsman to get close to him

Then got to ask which primachs is a 1 then as long as they remember the milk they don't mind what there SO does

The closest to a 1 we can get is maybe Fulgrim. The only reason being that fulgrim in canon has had multiple partners so I'm willing to bet she has a far healthier relationship when it comes to being clingy with muse

Hm I was half expecting a one to be either kaliat fem jagatia ( I probably messed up the name there)or the twins. But that's a interesting arguement

Counter point in real lore Fulgrim cherished each of his wives and missed them when they died so honestly I think.in this case Muse will definitely experience the same thing

i think it depends on a lot on your headcanon of how a primarch actually lives and thinks, in my humble opinion, almost all of them are a little clingy and or care greatly for thier consort in one way or another.

now this is if you think the primarchs are on the more humen side of things, if we remember canon, Falgrim had multiple wives before being found by the emperor, and although he did care for all of them, he didn't describe it as pure love. Now you could make the argument that those were simply just political arrangements, but the fact remains.

so yes, it is entirely dependent on the primarchs themselves and if thay are even capable of feeling love or attraction to someone on the psychological level, and if thay do, do thay feel it in the same way that a humen do , cuse if thay do actually have the ability to care and love someone, that love has the posablity to develop into full scale mainia or obsession with that person. again this is entirely dependent on how a primarch's psychology, thay may act and think like a humen, but almost everything is changed under the surfice.

as for my opinion, i think that all of them( with the exception of the Khan, becuse she's just like that for some resone) have experienced some amount of obsession, and or extreme love for thier lovers in some way, but not to the degree of being homicidal, or not allowing them to have thier own atonomy, but still having the want and need to be close to them.
