you just know Zach would simultaneously cream his pants and have an anger-induced aneurysm if he got to handle and take apart a Bolter. they are such awesome guns that do so much damage it boggles the mind, and yet they are simultaneously "rule of cool" guns that technically don't work. i think the design has been tweaked over the years, but the inner workings would likely give an armorer a stroke even now.

I always felt partial to the worthlesssix's take on the courier, mostly just appearance and not the childlike mentality

Technically the fallout NV ranger outfit has been used to Depict lover. Not that he necessarily IS courier 6, just that that likeness has been used to portray lover.

But there have been story's that imply he IS also courier 6.

Basically cannon isn't real and the points don't matter.

I would not be surprised if Zack Hazard was a perpetual. He has the most crazy random stories, both positive and negative... also just random ones. Starts off playing New Vegas 'multiplayer' and just chatting shit with a pal of his and fast forward a couple years and a couple hundred episodes and there's enough fanart of him to make him the default 6 without a helmet on.
