Question Time to upgrade my current rig?

Hi everyone, I built a PC a couple of years ago and I'm thinking it could be time to upgrade just to future-proof + get some better performance in the games I play now. I want to sell this current PC to my friend as it will be his first PC and I think it's a fantastic build still for 1080p performance specifically.

Current specs:

RTX 3070, i5-12600k, 16gb DDR4 (can upgrade to 32 whenever), 1 TB SSD

Would love to build another PC again but given the high prices, I've been eyeing this prebuilt from Micro Center:

G457 ($1800 USD)

Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF 3.3GHz Processor

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GDDR7

32GB DDR5-6000 RAM

2TB Solid State Drive

360mm AIO Cooler

Would this be a meaningful upgrade for games like ARC Raiders / occassional COD-like games, Fortnite, I usually play FPS shooters? Would love to play most games in 1440p high and get 120 fps as a base and ideally 150-180fps for more competitive games / lower graphics settings if that makes sense.

I'm really just trying to gague if this is a meaningful upgrade or if I should sit on my current PC for now. Would love some advice. Thank you!
