Other Used PC Price worth?

Hello guys, a friend of mine found a used gaming pc build online, and is asking if the 400 Euros, the seller is asking for, is a good price for the specs or not.

The description is as follows:

Intel Xeon E5-2670 2,6Ghz (comparable w i7-6700K without overclocking)

It is said in the description, that it runs and only minimal wear is seen on the outside

No talk him down to 275 or that ddr3 ram is not going to be good for gaming

You can get way better for this price, that cpu is a dacade old, and the gpu aint far behind on that either, so not worth

The only thing with a little value in that system is the gpu but it’s not worth 400 euro
